Rules and informations – Three Flames 2010

Info:

1. 1. "Three Flames" are an opportunity to meet with hikers and scouts from Poland and other countries. The aim of eventrally is to integrate, make new contacts, improve cooperation, fun and team-building. The rivalry goes so to the background.

2. 2.  "Three Flames” are a hike event, during which participants completed the route with their luggage and camping equipment.

3. 3.  Rally participants have to insure themselves.

Route:

Start: Święta Katarzyna

Meta: Kielce

Participants are passinge the route in two days.

About the first sleeping place leaders will be informel In confirmation email. Participants are defining  a route march based on the points given by the organizers.

Participants:

Participants can be:

û û   polish rovers and rangers (16-25 years old)

û û   leaders working with rovers and rangers

û û   rovers, rangers and leaders from other countries (16+ years old)  

Who will send all of necessary forms in defined time.

Patrols can have from 3 to 15 persons (other cases will be dealt with individually by the organisers). Leader have to be adult.

Applications:

For your application we are waiting through the form on our webpage www.trzyplomienie.85kdw.pl waiting from 1 March to 11 April 2010.  Please attach confirmation of payment to the application form.  

Participation fee:

Fee of 10 euro be paid to 11 April 2010 by bank transfer

In the transfer type: "Three flames" and the number, the name of the patrol and / or the name of the team.

Payment after the deadline may result in loss of promotional materials.

Your task before the event:

Ø Ø   Be sure to take your badge that you can put it on our "Three Flames world map" .

Ø Ø   On the web www.trzyplomienie.85kdw.pl create your card (details in the confirmation of acceptance).

Ø Ø   Prepare and bring  Wędrowniczą Watra – fireplace, symbol of polish rovbers in the form of space, so you can give it to another patrol. Put photo  of your work not later than May 9, in your card at the web.
